These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Paxuni website (the “Site”). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What Paxuni is
The Site is a pre-launch marketing site for Paxuni, a product in development, and a waitlist to be notified about it. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Southern Virginia University.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. The waitlist is intended for current and prospective college students.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist lets us contact you about Paxuni; it does not create an account, a contract, or any guarantee of access. The product is still being built, and its features, timing, and availability may change or may not launch at all. You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only your own email address and major.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Submit someone else’s information without their permission.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
Intellectual property
The Site’s name, logo, content, and design are owned by Paxuni and its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paxuni will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the waitlist.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect (only your email address and major) and how we handle it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
